Love spotting the small details that keep work on track? Enjoy clear, friendly communication with others? Confident using Office apps and systems like SAP? You could be our next Customer Services Team Member to join our team to ensure accurate data entry, order capture, multi tasking to meet tight time scales and query resolution within a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) setting. You'll be in an open plan office, part of a team of 30 to work together to maintain healthy supply chain flow. A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Responding and managing customer queries via e-mail and telephone in a professional and timely manner.
- Investigating and resolving any customer queries over the phone and e-mail.
- Frequent collaboration across the departments to support business objectives.
Have practical experience in a customer service role or similar. - Can demonstrate their strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Showcase their excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have practical experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) to complete daily tasks.
- Can use enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as SAP or similar.
