Customer Services Receptionist

The Role is to Support the Flying Start Community Manager - North in the day to day running of the Welshpool Integrated Family Centre. About you: Dealing with all customers, face to face or over the telephone; ensuring that all enquiries are correctly identified and resolved effectively at the first point of contact.

• Experience of working in a Customer Services environment.
• Experience of inputting and extracting information on the computer.
• Experience of effectively managing sometimes difficult or stressful situations.
• Ability to Communicate (both verbally and written) with a wide range of customers and staff in an understanding, clear and concise manner.
• Ability to demonstrate clear commitment to the team approach, providing support to colleagues, demonstrating respect for their views and concerns.
• Willing to work at other sites and hours which may include weekend and evenings
