Customer Services Assistant

Your main duties will be:

• Help visitors get the most out of their visit to the Lake District National Park area by providing a high friendly and informative customer service
• Working in the visitor centre shop and ensuring our retail displays are kept orderly and eye catching for our customers
• Cash handling
• Work positively with volunteers and welcome them into the team
  
  Ideally you will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail and/or hospitality experience is preferable but not essential, as is good local knowledge of the south Lake District and surrounding area.
