As part of our Customer Services team, you will be at the heart of the Aspinal experience, helping customers with their Christmas purchases and ensuring they receive the exceptional level of service expected from a luxury brand. - First point of customer contact over phone and email
- Acting as a brand ambassador, responsible for ensuring that every interaction on our calls and emails exceeds our customers' expectations
- Working to team sales and satisfaction targets
- Owning the customer journey from order through to delivery and aftercare
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues
- Leading by example during every customer interaction
Christmas is one of the most exciting and important times of the year at Aspinal. As we enter our busiest trading season, we are looking for additional team members to join us as soon as possible and support us through to January.
Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm Availability: Days worked are set on a rota covering Monday to Sunday, with two days off each week (for example, working Tuesday to Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off) Getting Here: Aspinal House is located on Midhurst Road, close to Fernhurst and approximately 4 miles from Haslemere.
