Full Job Description
As Customer Services Advisor you will play a key role in delivering an excellent experience to residents, applicants, and partners across our housing services. You will deliver responsive, empathetic front-line service across a range of channels. You will use multiple IT systems to manage enquiries, update records and support effective service delivery, while working proactively to improve processes and the customer experience. Working collaboratively with colleagues across housing, repairs, finance and other teams you will contribute to a supportive and reliable team environment. This role requires accuracy, flexibility and a commitment to following policies and maintaining compliance with housing regulations.

You will be willing to take ownership, show initiative and actively contribute to continuous improvement, helping to enhance services and deliver the best possible experience for our customers. The role offers a blended working style with a mix of remote, site and office working.
