Summary

Customer Services Adviser — £25,332 - £27,001 — 35.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

We're looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Customer Services Advisor who has experience working in a Contact Centre environment to join our dedicated team at Mansfield District Council.

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in helping people access the services and provide support, whether that is through the digital services or signposting to the relevant departments. Must provide excellent customer service via telephone, email and face-to-face contact, whilst handling a wide range of enquiries in a helpful, empathetic, and progressional manner.
