Customer Service Team Member (Maternity Cover)

Hours - Fixed Term Contract (9 months). You'll work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 6pm on a rota basis. This includes Bank Holidays and busy periods, with the exception of Christmas.

Ideally experience in an administrative or customer-focused role.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, clear, and professional tone.
Confidence in meeting targets and working efficiently under pressure.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
IT proficiency, with experience in software like Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Our Customer Service Team is at the heart of Riverford, delivering a friendly, personal, and genuinely helpful service to everyone who gets in touch. Salary: £28,261.15 per annum

Location - Wash Barn, Buckfastleigh, Devon TQ11 0JU. We utilise a hybrid working system with some working from home and apply a minimum of 2 days a week in the office, once training is complete.
