Full Job Description
You will lead and support a busy Sales & Customer Service team, driving performance while maintaining excellent customer relationships and service standards.,
- Lead, support, and motivate the customer service team
- Assist senior sales leadership and cover in their absence
- Engage with existing and lapsed customers to drive sales
- Upsell and cross-sell across an established customer base
- Handle queries and complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Support order processing and day-to-day team activity
- Re-engage dormant accounts and support business growth
Strong communicator with a confident, positive approach - Experience in sales and/or customer service
- Commercially aware and target driven
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to build rapport and long-term customer relationships
- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
