Full Job Description
- Manage reception area and be main point of contact for customers
- Schedule service appointments/MOTs and follow up with customers
- Liaise and coordinate with workshop and customers on progress, ensure timely authorisation for all work is received
- Preparation and provision of invoices to customers at point of vehicle collection, resolve any queries
- carry out site administration
you have the ability to work in an organised manner within a fast moving environment - Good customer service skills both face to face and via telephone
- Be proactive in identifying customer needs and find solutions
- attention to detail
- Flexible and positive approach to changing cirumstances/priorities
- team oriented
- Good level of IT skills to include Excel, outlook
