What you will be doing: Answering customer queries Managing accounts for customers such as balance transfers, setting up direct debits, and credit limit alterations Providing excellent customer services at all times while building and maintaining a professional relationship with customers Processing card payments
Investigations into recurring issues Working with other internal teams to provide a streamlined experience for customers What you bring: Customer service experience (face to face or telephone) An understanding of credit cards Excellent communication and listening skills IT skills Good level of spoken and written English An ability to work as part of a team Good telephone manner An ability to work under pressure and manage stress Customer focused and results-orientated What we offer you: Unsociable hours allowance: An additional £1.50 per hour for any shift or part-shift worked between 07:00am - 08:00am Mon-Fri / 17:00 - 20:00 Mon - Fri / 08:00am - 20:00 Sat and Sun Life Insurance - x1 Salary (Can be increased to x4 at additional cost) Fully paid training provided on-site where applicable MediCash Healthcare Plan Pension (Employee 5% - Company 3% contributions) 26 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays with the option to buy additional leave Enhanced Sick Pay - 13 Weeks full pay
