Full Job Description
Universal Business Team is seeking a Customer Service & Order Processing Executive to support a dental supplies client in Croydon. You will manage orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure a first-class customer experience from order placement through to delivery.
The role is office-based, with hours Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, and a salary of up to £30,000 plus up to 20% KPI bonus. You'll use CRM systems to maintain records and help drive service excellence.
