Customer Service Manager

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to join our Yeovil store. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people and takes pride in maintaining high standards. As a key member of the store management team, you'll be responsible for leading the front-end operation, ensuring customers receive a friendly, efficient and seamless shopping experience from the moment they enter the store. Working closely with the wider management team, you'll help drive service excellence, support store performance and create a positive environment for both customers and colleagues. What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the front-end operation to ensure a fast, friendly and efficient customer experience.
• Setting the standard for customer service and leading by example every day.
• Managing customer queries, feedback and escalations with confidence and professionalism.
• Driving service performance, customer satisfaction and operational KPIs.
• Supporting, coaching and developing colleagues to deliver their best.
• Ensuring cash handling, banking and compliance processes are completed accurately.

  Previous leadership experience within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience managing cash processes and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence handling customer issues and making decisions under pressure.
• A positive, hands-on approach with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
• Flexibility to work across days, evenings and weekends.
