You'll be instrumental in delivering outstanding service, supporting clients day-to-day, and ensuring they have a seamless experience using the company's platform. Your Role As part of the customer team, you will:

• Respond to customer enquiries across multiple channels, including phone and email
• Act as a key contact for clients, providing ongoing support and guidance
• Help customers navigate the platform to maximise its benefits
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Build positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Consistently deliver a professional and high-quality service experience

  Starting salary of £30,000 plus commission
