Customer Service Executive (Film & Television equipment rental)

You would be working as part of a small (10 people) and friendly team answering calls/emails from our existing clients to assist them with everything related to Film & TV equipment rental solutions. Your day to day duties would include:

• Answering calls from our existing clients
• Liaising with our Engineering team for support and coordination of bookings
• Responding if a client needs urgent support while they are on a shoot (eg if something gets broken and a replacement is needed urgently) - this involves a small amount of monitoring emails after work / at the weekend. Overtime is paid for this.
• Building relationships with our clients - this involves being friendly and interested in them on the phone and occasionally meeting up with them for lunch etc
• Staying in touch with existing clients to catchup and see if they have anything coming up and chasing up submitted quotes to make sure we are still in the running.
  
  Maybe you have experience working in a customer facing role (eg hospitality, retail etc); or perhaps you already have experience working in a B2B role where building long term relationships is key. We are office based near Godalming, Surrey (approximately situated between Guildford, Horsham and Petersfield)

Hours Full Time- 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday (small amount of after hours / weekend work which is paid as overtime),
