Full Job Description
We're looking for a Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for enquiries and visitors across our sites, supporting existing tenants and promote the Centres to attract new businesses. This is a varied role combining customer service, marketing, and operational support. Key Requirements
- Deliver a professional front-of-house service and handle enquiries.
- Manage unit enquiries, conduct viewings, and support tenant onboarding and exits.
- Oversee meeting room and co-working space bookings.
- Promote the centre through social media and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate business support and in-house events.
- Handle administrative tasks including mail, billing, and customer requests.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and Health & Safety standards., The Fluency Duty is outlined in the Code of Practice on the English language requirements for public sector workers. The Fluency Duty for this role is Required. You must be able to speak and provide advice in accurate spoken English to the public. We recommend submitting your application as soon as possible. - Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and build positive relationships.
- Experience in marketing, social media, or events is desirable.
- Knowledge of GDPR and Health & Safety is an advantage.
