We frequently recruit bi-lingual Customer Service Executives for our client, and new opportunities are expected to go live shortly. While we don't yet have a confirmed start date, we're building a priority shortlist, giving you first access when roles become available. These roles require the ability to hold a fluent business-level conversation in one or more of the below alongside strong English German (DE) French (CH) Italian (CH) Slovenian (SL) Polish (PL) Greek (EL) Italian (IT) Bulgarian (BG) Hungarian (HU) Romanian (RO) Czech (CS) Slovakian (SL) What You'll Do As a Customer Service Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting customers across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a variety of customer enquiries
- Delivering exceptional service via phone, email and digital platforms
- Providing clear, friendly and professional support
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced contact centre environment
We're seeking enthusiastic individuals who can deliver a great customer experience. Ideal candidates will have: - Fluent English
- Previous customer service experience (preferably within contact centres)
- Availability to start quickly once roles go live
- A reliable, professional and confident approach when speaking with customers
