customer service driven Parts Delivery Driver

Vehicle Parts/ Parts store experience will be preferred as this role will also require some additional routines of sorting and handling parts at the beginning of shift.

• To maintain high levels of customer service, by responding promptly to customer queries
• Ensure correct orders are loaded for customer delivery
• Ensure awareness of reasoning behind any shortfalls on delivery and remedial actions proposed
• Assist in the pick and load of customer orders for delivery
• Deliver parts to customers within the geographical area on a timely basis..
• Promote sales of parts at all times
• Support parts department as required during holiday, sickness and training periods.
  
  Full UK Manual Driving Licence - maximum 3 points
• Experience of a customer service driven delivery role with excellent communication skills
• Experience within a Parts/Parts store position and stock control
• Fit and Healthy to lift heavy parts following the manual handling guidelines
• Computer savvy to be able to work on in house systems and outlook emails
• Good organisational skills

Working Monday to Friday:
• Full time Mon - Fri 45 hours 08.00 to 18.00 with occasional Saturday mornings.
• Paying £13.00 pr hr
