Customer Service Coordinator


Location: Lynch Wood, Cambridgeshire, GB, PE2 6


Contract Type: Contract


Start Date: 2026-09-29T11:24:18

Salary: £28,000 - £29,000


A large property developer are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain their 5-star customer satisfaction rating. You will need to have worked for either a housing association working with defects or for a housing developer in a customer service role.


Day-to-day duties:



  • Being the main point of contact for the homeowners

  • Updating the CRM system and logging defects or closing them down

  • Complaint management

  • Booking in engineers to carry out work in the properties

  • Logging issues & escalating them to the management team

  • Working closely with the customer service team

  • Reporting to the customer service manager
