Customer Service Consultant

From everyday transactions to meaningful conversations about their financial goals, you'll help create a welcoming, supportive environment where our customers feel valued. What you'll be doing:

• Delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service every day
• Supporting customers with transactions and account queries
• Promoting our products and services in a helpful, informative way
• Building strong, lasting relationships with our members
• Working as part of a close-knit, supportive team

  This is a 27.5 hour permanent position, working on a two-week rota:
• Monday to Friday
• Every other Saturday (with time off during the week where applicable)
