Customer Service Assistant - Warwickshire

As a Customer Service Assistant for Tenpin, you will be responsible for ensuring our Customers have an EPIC experience when they visit us!

Whether you are pulling a pint at the bar, checking customers in at reception, serving them on the lane or hosting a party we will need you to bring your 'A' game.

GAME ON:

Greet customers at reception, operate the booking system and tills

Strive to constantly achieve the highest operating standards throughout the bowl on the lanes, food, drink and amusements

Ensure that all our customers are having a great time and adopt a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude

Serve customers and prepare food and drink in the bar and caf area

Host and entertain individuals and parties to a high standard of service

Lead by example and encourage all colleagues to participate and work together.

We take training seriously. That is why you will be trained in all areas of the business. We work hard to ensure your role has variety as well as meaning that the business has the most practical operation.
