Customer Service Assistant - Pavilion Outdoor Events Exmouth Pavilion | Casual Weekend Role Love live music, outdoor events and working in a fun, fast-paced environment? We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Assistants to join our team for our exciting outdoor summer events programme at Exmouth Pavilion. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of live weekend events, helping create a welcoming, safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. About the role As part of our Summer team, you'll support the delivery of outdoor events, working across a range of areas including customer service, and event support. This is a hands-on, energetic role where teamwork and a positive attitude are key. What you'll be doing

• Welcoming guests and helping create a relaxed, friendly event atmosphere
• Serving drinks and supporting bar operations (where required)
• Assisting with event set up and pack down, including equipment and service areas
• Supporting the smooth running of events throughout the day
• Keeping areas clean, safe and well presented at all times
• Helping manage customer queries and ensuring a great overall experience
Shift details
• Weekend work
• Between 9:00am and 8:00pm (depending on event schedule)
• Casual hours to support the Summer Live events programme
  
  A positive, friendly and proactive attitude
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work confidently in a busy outdoor environment
• Reliable and punctual, especially during live events
• Team players who are happy to get stuck in wherever needed
