As a Customer Service Assistant - Party Host, you'll be at the heart of the action-welcoming guests, hosting exciting kid's birthday parties, delivering delicious food to the lanes, and keeping the centre looking its best. You'll also be a friendly face for customer questions and spot opportunities to enhance their experience. You'll be involved in a range of departments, from hosting children's parties and overseeing the Laser Arena to managing Escape Room experiences and running karaoke rooms. Each day will offer something different, ensuring the fun never stops! We're looking for confident, energetic, and customer-focused individuals who thrive in a buzzing environment.
