Customer Service Assistant - Cravio - London

Your main responsibility will be delivering exceptional customer service, welcoming every customer with a smile, positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm, while actively engaging with customers and ensuring they have a great experience. The role also includes food preparation, maintaining an exceptionally clean and tidy restaurant, monitoring and controlling stock, and ensuring the EPOS system is used correctly and kept up to date daily. We are looking for someone reliable, proactive and willing to take ownership of the restaurant's overall presentation and customer experience.
