Customer Assistant

Looking for a change from hospitality, retail, beauty or customer service?

We are is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team.

If you're confident speaking to people, enjoy helping customers and have a natural ability to build rapport, this could be a great opportunity to turn those skills into a career in customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

Working primarily over the phone, you will speak with customers and potential customers interested in Hair by Zindzi products.

• Calling and following up with customers and enquiries
• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
• Answering questions about wigs, hair and our products
• Following up with potential customers and helping convert enquiries into sales
• Building strong customer relationships
• Recording customer information and follow-up activity
• Working towards individual and team sales targets

Your Experience Could Transfer

You don't need previous experience in hair or sales.

People with backgrounds in:

• Hospitality
• Retail
• Beauty
• Hair
• Hotels
• Restaurants
• Customer Service
• Call Centres

often already have the key skills needed for this role - communication, confidence, patience and the ability to connect with people.
