We're looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join the Dawlish library team.
In this varied role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring everyone has a positive experience. You'll confidently assist customers with enquiries, help them access library resources, and provide support with everyday PC and digital queries.
