Full Job Description
- Experience passion and drive in working with customers to delivering exceptional service
- Confidence to facilitate financial conversations and the ability to empathise with different customer situations including customers in vulnerable situations.
- Strong attention to detail to conduct accurate cash and digital transactions
- Resilient and able to handle challenging customer situations.
- Ability to retain and implement knowledge
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability.
- Ability to communicate effectively by telephone.
- Previous experience working with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to quickly learn new systems, including AI assistants
