Customer Service Assistant - Milton Keynes (MK1 1FD) - Ideal Bathrooms

As a Customer Service Assistant based in our Milton Keynes branch you'll be responsible for:



  • Being the first point of contact for customers for any query resolution through various channels adapting a high level of customer service to each query that is reviewed

  • Efficiently taking/making inbound and outbound calls ensuring customer service levels are carried out to the highest possible standard

  • Having a full understanding of stock movements and deliveries from both ourselves and manufacturer.


This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am - 5.30pm.

  • Experience in a fast paced, customer facing role

  • Confident and outgoing when speaking to customers

  • Computer literate and experience using Microsoft Office

  • Previous call centre/similar role experience would be advantageous
