Course: Customer service practitioner (level 2)

Level: 2

Route: Sales, marketing and procurement

Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate

Working Week: Monday to Friday, 8.00am- 5.00pm, with some Saturday work. 30 Minute lunch break.

Expected Duration: 1 Year
