Full Job Description

Property Management and Customer Service Support Administrator responsible for property inspections; property viewings; liaising with clients and Tenants and contractors regarding property maintenance, refurbishments and rent arrears.

Course Information

Course: Customer service practitioner (level 2)

Level: 2

Route: Sales, marketing and procurement

Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate

Working Arrangements

Working Week: 35 hours per week, including one Saturday each month, for which you will receive a day off during the week. Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Expected Duration: 13 Months
