Introduction
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you'll become an important member of a small, supportive team, learning all aspects of office administration and customer service while working towards a nationally recognised qualification. No two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills.

What You'll Do
- General administration
- Stationery ordering
- Courier booking
- Photocopying
- Filing
- Postage
- Answering the telephone
- Greeting customers
- Customer enquiries
- Booking appointments
- Supporting the sales team with quotations and invoices
- Arranging servicing and repairs
- Updating customer records
- Updating spreadsheets
- Updating office wipeboards
- Product understanding
