Full Job Description
As a Front of House Apprentice, you will be one of the first points of contact for customers, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their visit. This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Course Information
Course: Customer service practitioner (level 2)
Level: 2
Route: Sales, marketing and procurement
Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate
Working Arrangements
Working Week: 5 days per week, shifts between 9.00am and 7.00pm (including weekends). Please note that these hours are just estimates for now, as they are not currently open for business, and the hours may fluctuate depending on how Flip Air Ltd is running.
