Course: Customer service practitioner (level 2)
Level: 2
Route: Sales, marketing and procurement
Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate
Working Arrangements
Working Week: Monday -Friday. 08:00 start if you're on the morning shift. 6:30pm finish if you're on the afternoon shift. Usually, 6 hour shifts.
Expected Duration: 1 Year 3 Months
