Full Job Description
Seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team as a customer service apprentice. Assisting with day-to-day operations while completing your qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy, customer-facing environment, all while being part of an established and successful company.
Course Information
Course: Customer service practitioner (level 2)
Level: 2
Route: Sales, marketing and procurement
Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate
Working Arrangements
Working Week: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm. 30 minutes lunch. Working one Saturday a month. Saturdays normally finish at about 2:30pm, but a full day is credited, getting paid for it or a day in lieu.
