Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor , you'll work alongside our team to support customer engagement, sales and promotional activities. Your responsibilities may include:

• Representing clients and promoting products or services
• Engaging with customers and creating positive experiences
• Supporting sales and marketing campaigns
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Learning and applying effective sales techniques
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Attending team meetings, training and development sessions
