Full Job Description
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday As part of our Inside Sales team, you'll build meaningful relationships, unlock new opportunities, and deliver solutions that make a real impact-all while being part of a collaborative and high-performing environment. You'll handle inbound and outbound conversations across multiple channels, creating a seamless and positive customer experience You'll identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across our mobile and converged product portfolio You'll generate strong pipeline activity and consistently work towards achieving key sales and performance targets You'll manage customer queries efficiently, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and exceed expectations You'll contribute to improving customer satisfaction and NPS by delivering an end-to-end, high-quality experience You'll collaborate with your team to share knowledge, test new approaches, and continuously improve how we work You'll embrace change
