- Handle incoming calls and process service requests from customers across multiple channels

- GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications)
- Ability to provide evidence of qualifications, including a Maths GCSE or higher in this subject area Requirements:
- Self-motivated and organized
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in a busy Contact Centre environment
- A standard DBS check
