We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Nottingham to assist with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor, on a 2.5-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration., The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for delivering a professional, efficient, and customer-focused front-line service. This role involves greeting visitors, handling enquiries, providing information on council services, and supporting administrative and operational functions to ensure a high standard of service delivery., Greet all visitors, guests, and suppliers in a professional and welcoming manner.
Provide accurate information, advice, and guidance on council services and partner organisations.
Handle inbound and outbound calls as part of campaign and service requirements.
Carry out general administrative duties to support the wider team.
Escalate issues to line management promptly, ensuring updates are communicated effectively.
Provide cover for job-share colleagues during holidays and absences.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
