Full Job Description
- Be the main point of contact for business customers using SAP for production- manage enquiries and troubleshoot any issues, maintaining communication with customers to provide updates
- Monitor and maintain SAP systems and inventory levels coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Manage and prioritise customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with the production team to ensure all orders are fulfilled to customer requirements & maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve production and delivery challenges
Previous experience working in an administration role - Experience working with SAP production system would be advantageous but training will be provided where necessary
- Customer focused with excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills allowing you to provide first class customer service
- Organised, able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
