Full Job Description
We are looking to a recruit an experienced Customer Services Advisor for our client based in Thamesmead/ Erith/ Belvedere borders. HOURS & ROTA
- The hours and days required to work for this role are based on a shift pattern and you must be able to work all the shift patterns for this role; 5 days working out of 7 days ( 1 day WFH ) Working Hours 8am - 4.00pm x 4 days max in the office 2pm - 10pm ( this shift is WFH and 1 day only Mon - Fri.) Weekend shifts are WFH ; Hours ; to include 1 full weekend and 1 x Saturday every month THE ROLE This role is a full customer services role and will cover dealing with various client requests and queries ranging from delivery and stock issues calls to helpdesk calls regarding facilities problems in client buildings that need to be repaired etc Duties of the Customer Services /Client Services Advisor Taking high volume of inbound calls from clients regarding queries/questions regarding; delivery times, stock requirements, building facility issues ranging from mechanical, electrical or leaks etc Entering details onto in house database which will advise of available operative to undertake the work within SLA'S Updating client on works/repairs/deliveries etc Liaising with other departments ( warehouse/logistics) and areas of business for updates Escalating any issues to Supervisors
- Proven experience in a similar role; Customer Services, Helpdesk, Engineer coordinator, Facilities, Repairs Coordinator, Maintenance, Client Services, distribution etc
- Excellent all round communication skills
- Happy working to deadlines and SLA's
- Can work under own initiative in a team environment
- Good problem solving skills - can offer solutions and make business led decisions
- Enjoys working in a customer service role, adding value and making a difference
- Good understanding of IT Systems
