💰£27,053 + £500 bonus every 6 months (OTE increase based on performance)

We’re recruiting for a motivated Customer Sales Advisor to join a successful and growing self-storage business. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the full customer journey, maximise every enquiry, and play a key role in driving site performance.

The Role

You’ll be at the forefront of the business, turning enquiries into sales and delivering a seamless customer experience.

  • Convert enquiries into sales from walk-ins, calls, and online leads

  • Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend tailored storage solutions

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall revenue

  • Proactively follow up leads to maximise conversion rates

  • Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

  • Maintain accurate records and manage accounts using internal systems

  • Support day-to-day site operations, ensuring a clean, secure, and professional environment

  • Take ownership of your performance and contribute to a high-performing team culture
