Location: Bristol (Bradley Stoke)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Flexible hours: Mon-Fri 08:00-19:00, Sat 09:00-17:00 - no Sundays!

Salary: Competitive base of £26,736.53 with the potential to boost your earnings up to £34,000

Training: 3 weeks full-time (Mon-Fri)

What you'll be doing

• Taking inbound calls from RAC members looking to renew or discuss their breakdown cover
• Delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs and retain their membership
• Promoting the benefits of RAC breakdown Cover and highlighting our value versus competitors
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets in a fast-paced, supportive environment
• Keeping accurate records and ensuring every interaction is customer-focused
