East Riding of Yorkshire Council is seeking a motivated and committed senior customer relations officer to join our children's social care team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting service improvement for children and families.
In this role, you will lead the investigation and resolution of complaints within children's social care, working closely with children, families and colleagues to understand concerns and secure effective outcomes.
