Full Job Description

HHair by Zindzi is looking for a Customer Complaints Specialist who cares about people and wants to give a great customer experience while protecting the brand. This role is ideal for someone calm, organised, and able to turn a negative situation into a positive one. What you will do:

  • Be the main contact for customer concerns about orders, services, and enquiries
  • Handle complaints in a fair, calm, and professional way
  • Look into issues and work with the team to find simple solutions
  • Write clear replies while keeping customer information safe

    A calm, customer-first attitude and strong communication skills
  • Able to handle sensitive situations and stay professional
  • Organised and able to manage more than one task at a time
  • Comfortable using a computer, including systems like Excel and order tracking, and must have access to a laptop/computer and a mobile phone
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
