Full Job Description
Please note that this is a PART-TIME POSITION: Wednesday - Thursday and Friday Your role as Customer Relations Advisor
- To be able to handle a large variety of customer enquiries and complaints from first contact through to escalation, where necessary
- Manage large amounts of customer telephone calls and web contact forms whilst maintaining thorough and accurate customer records
- Keep sensitive customer data and financial records private and confidential, and to be aware of the data protection legislation
Empathetic and positive approach - Clear, concise communication
- Great time management skills
- Competency on Excel, Word and email systems
- A flexible work approach and an ability to work well in a team and independently
