Full Job Description

Processing orders and despatching/invoicing

- Assisting with customer service enquiries

- Preparing and issuing samples

- Organising carriers

- Purchasing stationery and checking supplies

- Making up brochures

- General admin duties such as filing and answering the phone

Our well-established innovative manufacturing client in Minchinhampton, Stroud is looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Order Administrator to join their passionate, customer-focused team on a full time permanent basis.

This is a varied and hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes., Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workloads
