In this role you will: Analyse customer data to identify trends, drivers, and
opportunities related to customer growth, engagement, and experienceDevelop and maintain customer datasets, metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support enterprise decision-makingPartner with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams to define data requirements, validate pipelines and improve data modelsApply analytical techniques such as segmentation, driver analysis, trend analysis, and AI-enabled analytics to deepen customer understandingTranslate complex analysis into clear narratives, visualisations, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders across the business To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Experience within customer analytics, data analysis, or insight-driven roles, using data to influence decision-makingStrong SQL capability and experience working with large, complex datasetsExperience using BI and visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to communicate insights effectivelyUnderstanding of
analytical techniques including segmentation, hypothesis testing, predictive modelling, or AI/advanced analytics toolsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Opening up a world of opportunity.
