What you'll do

• As part of the Lidl Plus team:
  • Work on Trials and Projects to increase customer loyalty
  • Improve processes to allow successful trials to integrate into the team as BAU
  • Interpret project results and succinctly present them to senior Leadership
  • Ensure that promotional budget is optimally invested by running tests and analysing results
  • Drive customer behaviour
• As part of the Customer Insights team:
  • Enable decisions impacting every part of Lidl to be made based on data and insight
  • Work with Panel Data, Brand Tracking, Customer Satisfaction and Campaign Performance
  • Ad Hoc Research to find opportunities for growth
  • Study the drivers of Lidl's performance and benchmark to other retailers
  • Review product ranges to identify strong and weak items for Lidl and competitors
  • Develop customer engagement strategies and tactics which can be implemented across the entire business, within our bespoke customer segments, or even for individual stores

What you'll need

• Achieved or 2:2 or higher in a Bachelor's Degree
• Are eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis and able to provide proof when required
• Able to commute/relocate within a reasonable commute to our Head Office in Tolworth, South West London
• Be passionate about the food retail industry
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Be assertive and confident in your communication skills
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Confident to make tough decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines
• Business-minded approach; commercially savvy and resilient
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
