As the Customer Experience Architect for Range Features, you'll lead the end-to-end development and integration of customer-facing features from concept through to launch. You'll bring together engineering, design and product teams to translate customer needs into robust solutions, ensuring every feature delivers real value and a coherent customer experience. WHAT TO EXPECT You'll take ownership of features that directly impact customer experience, working across technical teams to align delivery with programme milestones. Your focus will be on bringing clarity to complexity and ensuring high-quality outcomes at every stage. Here's what to expect:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of vehicle efficiency features, ensuring seamless integration into programmes
- Defining the future customer experience of range through a clear, differentiated and deliverable product strategy aligned to brand positioning
- Translating customer needs into structured engineering requirements utilising sound systems engineering principles and shaping a coherent, end-to-end solution landscape across all delivery domains
- Coordinating cross-functional teams across software, hardware, validation and integration, driving alignment, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Owning & managing governance of the customer experience vision, providing ongoing steering, risk management and performance guidance, ensuring progress to meet key delivery milestones and quality standards
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you'll need to help you succeed here, including: - Demonstrating experience in automotive feature development and delivery within complex engineering environments
- Applying systems engineering principles including requirements management, validation and system architecture
- Translating customer insights into technical requirements with a strong focus on user experience
- Collaborating across multiple stakeholders with strong communication and influencing skills
- Working with tools and frameworks such as MBSE, SysML, DOORS, Jira or similar
