The Role: Customer Experience Advisor

• You'll be the friendly voice and welcoming first point of contact for our members and visitors.
• Every day will bring something new - you'll be involved in:
• Supporting new and existing memberships
• Guiding customers through course bookings
• Handling cancellations and general enquiries
• Promoting services, current offers, and upcoming events
• Making proactive calls to showcase what we do
• Building positive relationships and championing our brand
  
  Previous customer service or sales experience
• A confident, warm telephone manner
• Great communication skills - written and verbal
• Quick learning ability with digital systems
• A love for organisation and getting the details right
• A positive attitude that helps others feel supported
This is a shift-based position, including some early evenings and weekends - perfect if you enjoy variety and a lively working environment.

• Wednesday: 14:30 - 19:30
• Thursday: 08:00 - 13:00
• Friday: 13:00 - 18:00
You will be required to work 1 in 4 weekends (Saturday-Sunday, 09:30 - 16:00).
