Customer Experience Advisor

As our Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our tenants and customers via the telephone -providing housing advice, resolving enquiries, and supporting our headquarters team. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering a first-time resolution approach across the telephone with additional support required via our other channels: email, social media and in person
Logging all communications via in our in-house system
Processing payments and supporting administrative tasks
Assisting with facilities management and post services
